About this role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build and scale our core products. You will take ownership of features from conception to deployment, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor other engineers while working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of end-to-end product features across frontend and backend systems.
- Architect scalable and maintainable solutions for high-growth applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
- Review code, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
- Design and implement APIs, database models, and integrations with third-party services.
- Drive engineering best practices, testing strategies, and deployment processes.
- Participate in incident resolution and production support when required.
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade web applications.
- Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture.
- Proficiency in Node.js and backend development.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases.
- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerized deployments.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to have
Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering.Knowledge of GraphQL and microservices architecture.Experience with AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, and RDS.Familiarity with Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code tools.Experience working in startup or high-growth environments.Open-source contributions or technical leadership experience.
