End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application ("App") developed by Ethereal Labs Private Limited ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), you ("User" or "You") agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA"). This Agreement governs your use of our entire ecosystem of applications, including but not limited to Slyder, Burnout, and Pundit.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use our Apps.

2. App Descriptions & Eligibility

Ethereal Labs develops AI-powered consumer technology applications:

  • Slyder: An AI-powered dating assistance application.
  • Burnout: An AI agentic job portal.
  • Pundit: A prediction market platform (operating with virtual, non-redeemable currency where legally permitted).

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Apps.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Ethereal Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Apps on a personal device for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Restrictions on Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Apps.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps.
  • Use the Apps for any illegal or harmful purpose.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the Apps.
  • Use Pundit in any jurisdiction where prediction markets are prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology within the Apps are the exclusive property of Ethereal Labs Private Limited. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.

7. In-App Purchases & Virtual Currency (Pundit)

Some Apps may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Pundit operates using virtual currency for prediction markets. This currency has no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Ethereal Labs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to virtual currency at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ETHEREAL LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPS.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to any App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.

12. Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Apps after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
